You may return most new, unopened, unused items in their original condition and with their original packaging within 30 calendar days of the receipt date for refund. To request a return, please email [email protected] and provide your sales order information and item(s) you would like to return. If item(s) is approved for return, we will send you "Return Instructions" to complete. ALL returns must be authorized with an RMA Number.

All returns are subject to a restocking fee. Depending on the manufacturer and item it ranges from 10% to 30% restocking fee. Any returns received without an RMA are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Please contact us with any questions at [email protected] or call 919-420-0021.

• Returned merchandise must be in brand new condition, in original, unopened and undamaged packaging, and available for immediate resale. Credit will not be issued for any product that has been opened, installed, used, or manipulated in any manner.
• Shipping (including free and flat rate), handling, and transaction fees are non-refundable. No returns, cancellations, or refunds are allowed on special order / custom-made items.
• Once items have been returned to us, and the condition has been inspected and approved, a refund will be issued. Approved refunds are issued within 5 business days.
• The buyer is responsible for paying the original cost of shipping and the return shipping cost.
