Most items can be returned and/or exchanged within 30 days from the receipt of your order. To request a return and/or exchange, please contact us at [email protected] and provide your sales order information and item(s) you would like to return. If item(s) is approved for return and/or or exchange, we will send you "Return Instructions" to complete. ALL returns must be authorized with an RMA Number.

All returns are subject to a restocking fee. Depending on the manufacturer and item it ranges from 15% to 30% restocking fee. Any returns received without an RMA are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Please contact us with any questions at [email protected] or call us at 919-420-0021 Press 1.

1. Products (including packaging) must be returned in new, resalable condition, with all pieces included.
2. Any returns received without an RMA or in used/installed condition will be declined and the shipper must pay the return freight fees.
3. We recommend shipping returned products via a tracking courier such as UPS, Fed-Ex or US certified Mail.
4. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
5. It may take 2 to 4 weeks to inspect and process a credit and/or refund.
